Notebook/Carnet





I'm still going through her stuff and still finding treasures. She had kept very few things after all her moves these past years, so what is left is pretty much all treasure.

I found this picture I had taken, I believe in 2000. She had gotten all prettied up for the photo.
This was taken in Greeley, Kansas. More later on this place and a special man who used to live there...

Je continue à trier ses affaires et a trouver des trésors. Elle avait gardé que peu d’affaires après tous ses déménagements ses dernières années, donc ce qu’il reste est précieux.

J’ai trouve cette photo de 200 je crois, que j’avais prise. Elle s’était faite belle pour l’occasion. Elle a été prise a Greeley, Kansas. J’écrirai plus longuement plus tard sur cet endroit et un homme spécial qui y habitait…

I also found a little notebook from the late 70's (she was born in '58). The text at the bottom says "Happiness is to be free, my horse and I, in the great expanses of North America" December 29, 1975.
To the right are some girl names I think she liked (even though she wanted a boy, but I was born in 1980).

J’ai aussi trouvé un petit carnet des années 70 (elle était née en 1958). J’aime ce texte a gauche… A droite, des noms de fille qu’elle aimait bien –même si elle voulait un garçon, mais je suis née en 1980 alors que peut-être elle voulait plutôt une fille quand elle était ado.
