When she was a teenager, she planted an apple seed and it grew into a pretty tall tree. One day her mom threw it away/burned it not knowing how much she cared for it. She was pretty bitter about it, even years later. She liked to grow things. She loved to garden and get her hands in the dirt.
Quand elle etait adolescente, elle avait plante un pepin de pomme et il avait donne un arbre de bonne taille. Un jour sa mere s'en etait debarrasse, ne sachant pas qu'elle y etait tres attachee. Des annees plus tard, elle parlait encore de cette amertume.
Elle aimait jardiner et faire pousser des choses, se mettre les mains dans la terre.
