Another food memory... Around the holidays, the stores came out with chocolate covered cherry with a drop of liqueur. Her favorites were "Mon Cheri" (very famous brand in French of these special chocolates) but they were kind of expensive. So she'd get the non-brand -and they were good too. She'd get us each a big box and she would always finish hers before I finished mine. Small pleasures...

Un autre souvenir concernant la nourriture... Quand les fetes approchent, on trouve des cerises/chocolat/liqueurs, comme les fameux Mon Cheri, mais comme la marque est un peu chere, elle achetait une sous-marque -tres bonne aussi d'ailleurs. Elle nous achetait chacune une grande boite, et elle finissait toujours la sienne avant que je finisse la mienne. C'etait nos petits plaisirs...
